  • 1 cup chopped kale 
  • 1 cup spinach (chopped, and remove all the stems) 
  • ½ cup cucumber (cut into small pieces) 
  • Half cup yogurt 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp sugar Pinch black pepper 
  • ½ cup of water

Method: – 

  1. Boil the kale in 2 cups of water over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Turn off the stove and add spinach in it. 
  3. Keep the spinach in hot water for one minute. 
  4. Strain the water and put the kale and spinach leaves in ice-cold water for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove the kale and spinach from the cold water.
  6. Blend all the items, kale, spinach, cucumber, yogurt, water, salt, sugar and black pepper in a blender until it is smooth. 
  7. Add more water to your taste.
  8. Pour kale and spinach smoothie over ice and serve!
